摘要
目的了解、分析上海市闵行区腹泻患者粪便中细菌性食源性疾病的比例与构成。方法对2006年4~10月闵行区监测点肠道门诊细菌性食源性疾病病例采用流行病学方法进行回顾性描述与分析,使用SPSS 10.0等软件进行数据处理。结果4~10月闵行区腹泻患者粪便中细菌性食源性疾病总阳性率14.08%,阳性率最高的月份是8月。结论上海市闵行区细菌性食源性疾病在腹泻人群中占重要比重,7~9月是细菌性食源性疾病的发病高峰期,副溶血性弧菌是闵行区最主要的食源性病原菌。
Objective The present study was to investigate and analyze the proportion and constitution of bacterial foodborne diseases in diarrhea patients of Minhang District, Shanghai. Methods Cases of bacteria foodborne diseases in monitored gastrointestinal clinics in Minghang District from April to October, 2006 were retrospectively described based on epidemiologic methods and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 10.0. Results The positive rate of bacterial foodborne diseases tested from stools of diarrhea patients in Minghang District from April to October was 14.08% with the peak in August. Conclusion Bacterial foodborne diseases account for a large proportion in diarrhea cases in Minhang District, Shanghai, with the period of July to September being the peak of incidence and Vibrio Parahaemolyticus being the main foodborne bacterium.
