SPMVIF方法的种子策略及其在医学图像处理中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨SPMVIF方法的种子策略在医学图像处理中的应用。材料和方法:提出一个基于控制分割层数的四叉树种子策略,并且通过对于骨髓细胞图像的处理证实此分割检测法的有效性。结果:SPMVIF方法具有种子定位精确、搜索速度快以及整个算法执行效果对选取参数的依赖性不强等特点。结论:该种子策略适合于SPMVIF方法的种子点选取。 Purpose: To search the application of the seed piont selecting method of SPMVIF in medical images processing. Meterials and Methods: This paper proposes a quadtree seed strategy based on controlling segmentation layer, and indicates the validity of the SPMVIF segmentation detecting method through the processing of medulla cell images. Results: This strategy had some characteristics, such as precision orientation,quick speed of searching and small dependence on selection of parameter of the whole algorithm executed effect. Conclusion: This proposition has guidance meanings to seed strategy to some extent.
