前列腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤的同期手术治疗

Simultaneous surgical management of BPH and bladder tumor

目的：探讨BPH合并膀胱肿瘤同期手术治疗的效果.方法：同期行TURBT＋TURP术5例,行肿瘤切除＋前列腺切除16例.结果：获随访6个月～5年的18例中,2例复发,4例死于远处转移或其他疾病,均未发生前列腺窝后尿道及切口肿瘤种植.结论：两病同期手术是可行的,只要重视采取预防复发的合理措施,可解除尿路梗阻减少残余尿量,从而避免对膀胱黏膜的长期不良刺激,对预防膀胱肿瘤复发或延长复发时间是有益的,且发生尿路创面及切口肿瘤种植的机会极小.

Objective：To present our experience on the surgical management of BPH and bladder Tumor synchronously. Methods：Five cases of patients had undergone synchronously TURBT and TURP, and 16 patients had simultaneous oopen surgery for resection of bladder tumor and prostate. Results：Among the 18 cases followed up from 6 months to 5 years, 2 cases had tumor recurrence and 4 cases died of tumor distance metastasis or other disease. No tumor cell implantation at prostate pit, posterior urethra and incision was noted. Conclusions： Simultaneous surgery for the BPH and bladder tumor is available.
