小麦高低分子量谷蛋白亚基研究进展

摘要 对高、低分子量谷蛋白亚基的染色体定位、基因鉴定及克隆及其与小麦品质的关系等多个方面的研究加以介绍。随着研究的进一步深入,必定会在LMW-G S和小麦品质关系方面、LMW-G S和HMW-G S在对小麦品质的影响的互作机制方面取得突破性进展。
