A356铝合金半固态触变成形件的缺陷分布及控制

摘要 通过缺陷显微分析、力学性能测试以及计算机模拟对A356铝合金触变成形的样件进行了详细分析。结果表明,半固态成形的流场状况对于缺陷的产生和分布规律有显著的影响,进而也影响了样件的力学性能。通过改善半固态的流场,可明显减少缺陷,提高力学性能。 The thixo-formed A356 alloy parts were investigated by micro-defects analysis,mechanical properties testing and numerical simulation.The results reveal that the appearance and distribution of defects in parts were seriously affected by the state of fluid field during filling to deteriorate the mechanical properties.The defects in the parts can be greatly reduced to improve the mechanical properties by optimizing the fluid field in the thixo-forming process.
