摘要
目的：探讨单纯内镜（EN）下颅内病变的手术治疗。方法：应用内窥镜技术治疗各种颅内病变38例，其中梗阻性脑积水18例，透明隔囊肿10例，单侧室间孔阻塞4例，鞍上囊性颅咽管瘤2例、鞍上巨大囊肿2例。蛛网膜囊肿2例。结果：随访3～21个月。本组除4例梗阻性脑积水及1例透明隔囊肿外，治疗均有效（86．8％）。并发症最常见的为术后发热，其次为硬膜下积液，脑室出血。结论：神经内窥镜治疗颅内某些病变，手术副损伤小，疗效确切。要求选择适当的适应证和掌握神经内窥镜手术的基本原则。
Objective： To explore the endoscopy in treatment of intracranial diseases. Methods： 38 cases of incranial diseases including 18 obstructive hydrocephalus, 10 septum pellucidum cyst, 4 obstruction in monro＇s foramen , 2 supra- Saddle macrocapsule, 2 arachnoid cyst and 2 cystic craniopharyngioma performed surgery with endoscopy. Results： Followed up between 3 and 21 months, the effective rate in cases except for 4 obstructive hydrocephalus and 1 septum pellucidum cyst was 86.8 %. The common complications were postoperative fever, subdural fluidify and verebroventricular haeorrhage. Conelusion.-The operation with endoscope is effective with minitrauma. Proper indication and basic principle should be grasped.
