无复流现象与冠脉介入

No-reflow Phonomenon and Coronary Intervention

摘要 冠脉无复流是指血管造影无血管机械性阻塞的证据,而冠脉循环所支配的节段心肌灌注不足的一种现象。本文对无复流的概念、分类及可能的机制以及对介入患者的预后进行探讨。目前认为冠脉无复流的发生是包括血管内皮损伤、微血管阻塞、白细胞和氧自由基等多因素作用所致,并且与介入患者的预后密切相关。 No- reflow is the manifestation without mechanical occlusion in blood vessels in angiography, but with myocardial segmented hypoperfusion during coronary circulation. This article discussed the concept, classification and possible mechanism of no- reflow phenomenon and the prognosis in patients with intervention therapy. Now, it is considered that the genesis of coronary no - reIqow involves in lesions in blood vessel's endothelium, occlusion in capillary, leucocyte and oxygen - derived free radicals, which is the relevant factor with the prognosis of patients with intervention therapy.
