摘要 目的:总结半胱氨酰白三烯(cysLTs)在变应性鼻炎中的作用和应用白三烯受体拮抗剂的治疗原理。方法:查阅文献,总结论点。结果:实验研究表明白三烯与鼻黏膜的分泌、充血和炎症反应有关。结论:白三烯可调节变应性鼻炎的免疫和炎症反应过程。白三烯受体拮抗剂(LTRAs)是变应性鼻炎的有效治疗方法。 Objective：To summary the effect of cysteinyl leukotriene on allergic rhinitis AR and therapeutic theories of leukotriene antagonists. Methods：Looking up literatures and summarizing points at issue. Results： The studies indicated that leukotriene was related to secretion. Congestion and inflammation of nasal mucosa. Conclusion： Leukotrienes adjust the immune and inflammatory reaction in AR. Leukotriene antagonists are effective in treating AR.
