摘要
以煤焦油沥青为原料,使用KCNS溶液活化处理,选择适宜的工艺条件,制备出优质的活性炭。讨论了煤焦油沥青热处理温度、中间相沥青的粒径、KCNS溶液的浓度、KCNS溶液与中间相沥青的液固比、炭化温度、炭化时间、活化温度、活化时间等主要因素对活性炭性能的影响。结果表明,在该适宜的工艺条件下制备的活性炭,强度为90.8%,比表面积为2 601.5 m2/g,吸碘值为2 217.0 mg/g,吸苯值为1 099.3mg/g,吸亚甲基蓝值为397.8mg/g,产品性能优良。
A high quality activated carbon has been prepared from coal tar pitch by chemical activation method using KCNS solution as an activating agent and through appropriate technical conditions.Effects of main factors such as heat treatment temperature of coal tar pitch,particle size of metaphase pitch,concentration of KCNS solution,liquidtosolid ratio of KCNS solution and metaphase pitch,temperature and time of carbonization and activation on properties of activated carbon were discussed.The results show that under the appropriate technical conditions,the activated carbon prepared has a strength of 90.8%,specific surface area of 2 601.0 m2/g,iodine absorption value of 2 217.0 mg/g,benzene absorption value of 1 099.3 mg/g,methylene blue absorption value of 397.8mg/g.The product properties are very good.
