State is not the supreme authority any more. Society not only holds its own distinctive preference, interest, and identity which are different with the stat's but also participates the authoritative policymaking process. Therefore, society becomes another important world actor which can be comparative with the state. Studying the world politics by the perspective of society will facilitate international relation theory's innovation.
