摘要
本文对金属生物材料的微粗糙表面的生物学效应从不同角度进行了论述;如微粗糙表面与离子释放率、耐腐蚀性能的关系,与炎症反应的关系,与上皮细胞、成纤维细胞的关系,与软组织、骨组织、血液组织的关系,与微生物及毒素污染的关系。总的来讲,与光滑表面相比,微粗糙表面有较好的生物相容性。
As for bio-effect of microrough surface of rnetallic biomaterials,seven aspects are reviewed in thisarticle:i. e.,the relationship between microrough surface (MRS) and corrosion resistance,ion release rate;the relationshipbetween MRs and innammationl the relationship between MRS and epithelium cells,fibroblast cells;therelationship between MRS and soft tissue ;the relationship between MRS and bone;the relationship between MRSand blood tissue ;the relationship between MRS and microorganism,contamination,decontaminatiorn To sum up,MRS has its advantages in hiocompatibility.
