本文论述了用于研究婴儿指骨轮廓边界形状变化的空域描述方法和付里叶频域描述方法并用上述方法对新生儿中指第一指骨进行测试。

In this paper,a new method of estimating bone age is reported that is based on the use of spatial descriptionparameters and fourier frequentia1 descriptors, which presents the boundary shapes detected in fingerbones X-ray films of 0-, 3-, 6-,9-month baby according to their bone shape changes in different stages.
