摘要
应用TomeyTMS-2TM型角膜地形图对高度、中低度近视和正视眼进行角膜表面屈光力和形态检查,结果显示高度近视眼角膜中央陡度比中低度近视眼高,近视眼角膜屈光力比正视眼高,高度近视眼角膜表面规则系数和不对称指数比正视眼和中低度近视眼高,提示这可能是造成高度近视眼最佳矫正视力下降的原因,其结果可为屈光性角膜手术提供解剖依据。
We examined the corneal surface refractive powers and shapes of high,moderate and low myopias and normal eyes.The results showed that the central cornea was more steeper in high myopia than that in moderate, low myopia. Corneal refractive powers in myopia were higher than those in normal eyes. Corneal surface regularity coefficient and asymmetry index in high myopia were higher than those in moderate, low myopia and normal eyes. It was suggested that these factors might be the causes of depression of best corrective visual acuity in high myopia.Its result also gave the anatomical foundation of refractive corneal surgery.
