摘要
自行设计，应用特制长缝合针、系列套管关节镜下半月板缝合术治疗５２例半月板损伤。经半年以上随访，除１例过早去支具负重，２例关节屈曲稍受限外，其余病例症状完全消失，关节活动度正常。详细介绍了该操作方法及注意事项，提出半月板解剖修复的临床意义、术后康复原则及其重要性。
A newly designed meniscus suture technique, with a specific long suture needle and a series of guide cannula, was reported for the successful treatment of 52 patients with meniscal tears. All patients were followed up more than 6 months, and were clinically symptomless with a normal range of motion of the knee except 3 patients. The authors introduced in detail the new surgical technique and emphasized the clinical importance of anatomical repair of meniscal tears and rehabilitation treatment after the operation. The wide application of the new surgical technique, combined with more experimental and clinical researches, will improve greatly the long term results of the treatment on meniscal tears in China.
