不断改进肝脏储备功能检测的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目前临床上常用的判断肝硬化患者肝脏储备功能及预后的评价系统有两种:一是Child-Turcotte-Pugh(CTP)分级^[1],已经历30~40年的临床实践并对其中的一些指标作了修正。依据血清白蛋白、胆红素、凝血酶原时间、腹水及肝性脑病5项指标,按照病情的严重程度分别计分为1、2、3分,
