摘要
目的:研究柿叶黄酮提取物的工业化提取分离工艺。方法:采用三因素水平进行实验室小试筛选最近工艺条件,再通过车间中试确认工业化提取条件。结果:70%乙醇提取,容积倍量热回流4h,滤液水沉,再以2倍的乙酯萃取3次,浓缩,即得。结论:本提取方法适用于工业化生产。
Objective： To explore the manufacturing processes of persimmon leaf extraction. Methods ：Pilot study was carried out to select the suitable condition in the laborlatory, and then to determine the manufacturing prosesses in the factory. Results：At first, the persimmon leaf was extracted by 70% alcohol. Then repeated this processes for three times, and at last, this extract was concentrated successfully. Conclusion：This manufacturing processes is suitable for industrial production.
