影响2型糖尿病患者黄斑水肿的全身相关危险因素分析 被引量:11

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的严重并发症之一。糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)是引起糖尿病患者视力下降的重要原因。全身系统的物质代谢和功能异常将导致或加速DME的发生和发展Ⅲ。我们对359例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,以探讨影响DME的全身相关因素。
