摘要
研究了近红外反射光谱法进行美迪康粉末药品质量评价的可能性.用化学计量学中的系统泵类分析、逐步聚类分析、主成分分析和逐步判别分析,从美迪康粉末药品的近红外一阶导数光谱,成功地鉴别了合格药、劣药和假药.
The possibillty of using near infrared refiectance spectroscopy for the qual ity confrol of metronidazolum pharmaceuticals was investigat ed. We used the multivariate staristical classify techntrie (hierachical and stepwise analysis, principal component analysis and stepwise disdrindnant analisis) to identify true, poor and false phamacencicals of metronidazolum from their first derirative spectra succesifuly The result are satisfacory.
