摘要
本文介绍了年产5万吨腈纶的全流程仿真培训系统,该仿真系统的硬件采用9台微机通过TCP/IP网络联结而成,模拟化工过程特性和TDC3000集散控制系统.控功能9台微机分别完成中央控制站、DCS操作员站、工程师站、工艺现场模拟站、模拟仪表盘操作站、纺丝工段动画站以及教师指个站的功能.本文介绍了系统的软硬件结构、工艺流程、系统的开发思想和技术特点。
This paper introduces dynamic real-time simulation training system for the whole process of the acrylic fibers plant withthe product of 50 kilotons per year. The simulation system consists of nine microcomputers, which simulates the technological process and TDC3000 distributed control system. The nine microcomputers serves as cellter control station, DCS operator stations, engineering operator station, field operator stations, instrument panel station, 3D studio station and teacher instruction station, respectively This paper introduces the structure of hardware and software of the system, technological processt the developing idea and technological feature of the system.
