上海市残障人士社区干预工作现状的调查研究

An Investigation on the Current Situations of Community Intervention on People with Disabilities in Shanghai

为完善上海市残障人士社区干预工作,采用了问卷与访谈相结合的方式对上海市18个区残障人士社区干预工作的现状进行了调查研究,内容涉及了社区早期干预、社区康复、家庭服务和就业等方面。结果发现:目前上海市各街道(镇)都在开展残疾人社区干预工作,并取得了一系列成绩,但是也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。针对调查中发现的不足之处,笔者在分析产生原因的基础上,提出了相应的建议。

This survey adopts questionnaires and interviews to investigate the development of the community intervention for the disabled from eighteen districts in Shanghai in order to perfect the community intervention in Shanghai, which covers early intervention in community, community rehabilitation, family service and employment. Results show that the community intervention work for the disabled in Shanghai has some effects, however there are also many problems to be solved. In connection with these problems, this survey analyzes the causes and put forward appropriate proposal.
