摘要
田间条件下对烤烟旺长期下、中、上部位叶片主要光合生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:3个部位的烟叶光饱和时光合速率与细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)饱和时光合速率比值(A350/Jmax)和光系统Ⅱ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)以中部叶最高,叶片气孔限制值(Ls)则以下部叶最高。不同烟叶部位之间叶片A350/Jmax、Ls、Fv/Fo的差异均达极显著水平;A350/Jmax与Fv/Fo之间呈极显著正相关,Ls与叶位之间呈显著负相关。
The main photosynthetic physiology indexes of upper, middle and lower leaves of fluecured tobacco during fast growing period in fields were analyzed. The results indicated that the middle leaves had the highest A350/Jmax and Fv/Fo, and lower leaves had the highest Ls. A350/Jmax and Fv/Fo of leaves of different stalk positions differed extremely significantly. There was an extremelysignificant positive correlation between A350/Jmax and Fv/Fo, and a significant negative correlation between Ls and stalk position.
