摘要
本文根据电涡流比拟理论测试带键槽轴抗扭刚度和花键轴抗扭刚度的测试结果,分析比较了目前工程界沿用的几个 J_n 计算公式和实际应用精度,提出了它们抗扭刚度的经验公式,其精度在不超过实测值的5%范围内。
Baced on the experiment data if torsional rigidity of the spline shaft and the shaft with key slot by the Eddy Current Analogy Method,some calculation formulas.of Jn are analysed and new empirical formulas are pres- ented.The error is not greater than five pecent generally.
