摘要
以海带为主要原料,花生、芝麻作为辅料进行海带保健酱的研制,确定了海带浸泡时间和打浆加水量,并对海带、花生、芝麻以及调味料的用量对海带酱的影响加以探讨,并确定了较佳的保健酱配方。
Kelp healthy jam made from kelp and peanut and sesame. We get the soaking time of kelp and water amount of pulping. Effects of contents of kelp and peanut and sesame and other seasoning on kelp healthy jam have been approached and obtained the better contents.
