摘要
以丙烯酸、正十二硫醇和金属氯化物为原料,制备了含硫羧酸钙、锌。以硬脂酸钙、锌作对照物,通过热老化箱实验法,Haake流变法等对含硫羧酸钙、锌及其复合体系进行了评价。结果表明,含硫羧酸钙、锌对PVC的热稳定性能分别优于硬脂酸钙、锌。含硫羧酸钙锌复合皂的静态和动态稳定性明显优于硬脂酸钙锌复合皂,有望在PVC加工中获得广泛应用。
Sulfur-containing Ca-Zn carboxylate was prepared with acrylic acid, n-dodecanethiol and metal chloride as raw materials. Stabilizing efficiency of sulfur- containing Ca-Zn carboxylate was compared with that of calcium stearate and zinc stearate by way of Haake polymerdrive and static heat test. Testing results showed that thermal stabilization of sulfurcontaining Ca-Zn carboxylate was superior to that of reference stabilizers. Static and dynamic stabilization of sulfurcontaining Ca-Zn carboxylate compounded soap was much better than that of Ca-Zn stearate compounded soap expected to be widely used in PVC processing.
