摘要
以亚麻油脂肪酸、间苯二甲酸、三羟甲基丙烷及偏苯三酸酐等为主要原料,采用熔融脂肪酸法合成了醇酸树脂,测试了由该树脂配制的水溶性自干清漆的性能,详细讨论了合成工艺与实验原料的选择对树脂及漆膜性能的影响。
Flaxseed oil fatty acid, isophthalic acid, trimethylo-propane and metatrimelltic anhydride are employed as main raw materials to synthesize alkyd resin by way of melting fatty acid process. Water soluble air dry varnish prepared with this resin was tested. Effects of choices of synthetic technology and raw materials on the resin and performance of coating film were discussed in details.
