摘要
以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇、α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和硅烷偶联剂为原料制备出有机硅改性硅烷化聚氨酯密封胶。采用红外光谱对预聚体进行了表征,同时研究了有机硅改性硅烷化聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能。研究表明,改性后的硅烷化聚氨酯密封胶具有更优良的力学性能,当α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷的添加量为8%时,硅烷化聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了15.5%和40.3%。
A series of modified silylated polyurethane (SPU) sealants with siloxane were synthesized with toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyether polyols, α, ω-dihydroxy poly(dimethylsiloxane) and silane coupling agent. The structure of products were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy. Furthermore, the mechanical properties were also measured. The results showed that modified silylated polyurethane sealants had excellent mechanical properties. When the mass percentage of α,ω-dihydroxy poly (dimethylsiloxane) was 8%, the tensile strength increased about 15.5% and the elongation at break increased about 40.3% compared to those of the pure SPU sealants.
