纯失读症研究进展
摘要
阅读是人类信息交流的重要方式。由于后天大脑损伤导致的阅读障碍，称为获得性阅读障碍。根据阅读障碍所表现的语言学特点，失读症可分为表层失读症、语音性失读症、深部失读症及纯失读症。表层失读症是由于词汇通路加工受损，患者过度利用形素音素转换（grapheme to phoneme correspondence，GPC）非词汇通路，从而在阅读时表现出特征性的“规则化阅读错误”（regularization errors）。语音性失读症则与此相反，主要由于GPC通路受损，词汇通路相对正常，
