摘要
应用旋转固壁替代静止固壁对轴流式旋风分离器的结构进行改进,设计了轴流式气液旋转分离器。试验测试了轴流式气液旋转分离器的机械可靠性和分离效率,测试表明,在一定的工况下,轴流式气液旋转分离器的分离效率最高可达99.99%,且在整个测试过程中没有出现机械故障。测试中发现,轴流式气液旋转分离器还可用作湿气流量计,即从湿气流中分离出气相和液相,通过测量湿气条件下旋转表面的转速和被分离液体的流量并进行插值后,可得到气体的流量。
The axis flow gas/liquid rotary separator is an improved version of axis flow cyclone, which has a rotary wall in stead of the static wall of latter. The experimental results show that the separation efficiency of the unit can be up to 99.99% in design conditions and no mechanical failure is detected over the experimental time. During performance evaluation tests, we discover it can be usecl as a wet gas meter to measure gas and liquid flow rates. The axis flow rotary separator removes gas and liquid phases from a wet gas stream and the gas flow rate can be interpreted by measuring the rotary surface speed and the separated liquid phase flow rate.
