摘要
对产品设计链进行有效管理,可缩短产品上市时间,降低产品成本和提高产品质量。介绍了产品设计链的结构,提出了产品设计链模型和系统层次模型,论述了产品设计链中概念设计的产品建模方法,构建了概念设计阶段评价框架,介绍了设计链协同管理模型,并根据产品设计链的特点,提出采用蚁群算法与遗传算法相结合的方法,对设计链伙伴进行选择。
Due to reducing product life cycle and product cost, product design chain management has become more important for industries to develop innovative product within a shorter lead-time. This paper introduced organizational structure of product design chain, put forward both model of product design and hierarchy of system, discussed modeling method of conceptual design and frame of evaluation for conceptual design, and introduced a collaborative management model of design chain. Based on characteristics of design chain, this paper present a new algorithm that was the combination of genetic algorithm and ant algorithm which was used to select the partners.
