摘要
在起重机的安全检测中,存在检验项目的确定问题。如果所有项目均检测,则检验工作费时、费力,又不现实;去掉一些检验项目,又有漏检不安全之虑。为解决这些问题,本文以安全系统工程中的故障类型影响分析法,确定了通用桥式起重机的安全检验项目,同时定性与定量评价被检起重机的危险状态及等级,使起重机的安全检验工作作到科学合理。
Determination of inspection items is one of vital problems in crane
safety inspection practice.Too many items would require a lot of time and efforts thus
being not realistic.On the other hand,deleting certain items may cause less confidence
in safe operation of the crane.To solve this problem and to make crane safety
inspection scientifically reasonable,this paper uses influence analysis of failure types in
safety system engineering to propose a list of items to be checked during safety
inspection of general purpose overhead travelling crane and to make qualitative and
quantitative evaluation of danger state and grade of the inspected crane
