Shh基因和Nell-1基因在颅颌面发育中的作用

摘要 颅颌面骨折、创伤和肿瘤切除后的缺损以及先天性畸形等均需进行外科整复,近年来组织工程学的发展为此领域开辟了新的解决途径。组织工程化骨已成为最有希望进入临床应用的组织工程成果之一,而成骨细胞分化过程受到骨基质中一系列激素和因子的精确调控。本文就与颅颌面发育密切相关的Shh基因和Nell-1基因的研究进展作一综述。 Craniomaxillofacial fracture, hurts, excision of tumor and congenital development deformities need surgery reconstruction. A new approach has been put forward in recent years to settle the problem, which is tissue engineering. Bone tissue engineering is one of the most applicable outcomes. The osteoblast differentiation process is precisely controlled by a series of hormone and genes in the bone matrix. This review summarized the studies on the functional analysis of Shh and Nell-1 that had relevance to craniomaxillofacial development.
