唾液富组氨酸阳离子多肽的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人体唾液腺分泌的富组氨酸阳离子多肽与口腔健康关系密切,从20世纪80年代初发现唾液富组氨酸阳离子多肽以来,学者们对其进行了大量的研究,研究结果证实唾液富组氨酸阳离子多肽对口腔真菌、龋病和牙周相关细菌都有广谱抗菌活性。本文就有关唾液富组氨酸阳离子多肽的种类和来源、生物学活性、作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 Histidine-rich cationic polypeptides (HRPs) from human salivary glands have intimate relationship with buccal health. Scholars did much research about histidine-rich cationic polypeptides since 80s of the 20th century, which showed that it had broad-spectrum antibacterial activity on oral fungi and cariogenic bacteria and periodontal pathogens. The article reviewed several aspects of HRPs, which included its kinds, origins, biological activities and mechanisms.
