摘要
肿瘤的发生和发展涉及原癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活、凋亡相关基因的异常表达等,是涉及多基因、多因素的过程。现有的治疗手段已不能完全满足临床肿瘤治疗的要求,因此探索新的治疗方法已经成为人们的共识,基因治疗已成为研究的热点之一。目前,RNA干扰技术作为基因研究的新手段,可以针对细胞癌变过程中发挥主导作用的基因,在不影响正常基因功能的前提下抑制癌变基因表达,从而达到在基因水平治疗肿瘤的目的,是有前途的新疗法之一。
The development of tumor involves in many factors, such as activating of oncogen, invalidating of cancer suppressor genes and abnormal expressing of apoptosis genes. Because current clinical therapy can not reach the complete remission of tumor, gene therapy has already been a hopeful technique for tumor treatment. Now RNA interfere (RNAi) as studying gene and without influencing the function of normal genes, can intervene the genes that play an important role in cells eaneeration, and then restrain the expression of oneogene and attain the purpose of gene therapy for tumor finally. RNAi may be a new promising therapeusis.
