唇腭裂患者亲属颅面形态学特征的研究进展

Craniofacial features of unaffected relatives of individuals with cleft lip and palate

非综合征性唇腭裂以及单发性腭裂是常见的先天发育性疾病。近年来,很多学者对患儿亲属所表现出来的一系列与患儿自身具有一定可重复性的颅面形态特征进行了研究,并且已经获得了一定的成果。本文就该领域的研究进展作一综述。

Non-syndromic cleft lip and palate, as well as cleft palate only, is a group of commom birth defects. The relationship between cleft lip and palate and craniofacial features of patients＇ unaffected relatives is widely recognized, frequently studied, and poorly understood. We summarized a select group of articles written on this topic, and discussed the current understanding of craniefacial features in unaffected relatives of individuals with cleft in this article.
