访广东顺德凤岭老年大学老年人体育生活的研究

Study on Elder People's Physical Exercise in Aged University in Guangdong Province

本文选择顺德凤岭老年大学老年人的体育生活为研究对象,运用文献资料法、个案研究法、实地考察法、谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对老年大学老人的体育生活进行比较研究。本文首先从体育生活认知、条件、行为和绩效等四个方面分析了顺德凤岭老年大学老年人体育生活的现状。其次为发展老年大学老人的体育生活提出发展对策。

Taking the physical exercise of elder people from Shunde as research subject and using the method of literature, case analysis, investigation at site, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper made comparative study on elder people ＇ s physical exercise from the cognition, condition, behaviors and performance and put forward the developing countermeasures.
