摘要
借助于计算机辅助工程分析手段,对空间遥感相机几种不同的次镜座形式、材料选择、约束方式进行了热弹性分析和比较,分别计算了各种结构形式下的位移、变形、应力及应变能分布,进而求得了影响光学元件的倾斜和平移的薄弱环节,找到了满意的结构形式。
In order to obtain optimum scheme of the space remote sensing camera structure it is necessary to investigate the concentricity in the optical system due to temperature alternative by means of thermoelastic analysis.Different schems of the camera structures have been analysed and compared based on Computer Aided Engineering Analysis.Displacements,deformations and stresses of the camera structure,due to the effects of temperature,have been calculated and the variation of the concentricity in the optical system is given.By several design analysis iteration,the reasonable scheme of the camera have been obtained.The results are of important value for improving the camera design.
