摘要
平场全息凹面光栅是一种光谱面为平面的凹面全息光栅。在像面上,如果用某种平面多通道光电接收器探测光谱信号,可使光谱分析简单、迅速、并可做瞬间光谱分析。因为准直、色散和聚焦都集一体于凹面光栅,因而不仅光能损失大为减小,而且整个光谱仪也变得小巧轻便。本文将全息凹面光栅的理论用于消像差平场全息凹面光栅的设计中。描述了在任意给定的仪器参数下,确定光栅表面的曲率半径和记录参数的方法。并通过光线追迹,用谱线在点列阵图上的扩散度,即相应的相对强度分布轮廓曲线来评价所设计的光栅。
A flat field hologrpahic concave grating is one whose spectral field is in a plane.If a multichannel photodetector receives spectrum signals on the plane,spectrum analysis can be more simply and quickly,and instantaneous spectrum analysis can be achieved.Not only loss of light energy will be less,but the spectrometer will also be miniature,with collimating and dispersing and converging by the grating.In this paper,we design the grating by the theory of holographic concave grating,and present the method which calculates the radius of the grating surface and the record parameters in the condition of the given mount parameters.Through rays tracing,we evaluate the designed grating by the spot diagrams of spectral images formed by the grating,and by the relevant line profiles.The results are satisfactory.
