摘要
通过对大型工程项目组织协调特征的分析,根据工程项目计划的协调作用,深入分析了进度计划的协调机理,据此提出了运用目标分解、WBS、界面分析等管理技术进行计划阶段工程项目协调管理的程序和方法。研究充分结合了工程经验,力求符合工程实际应用要求。
Based on the analysis of coordination management characteristics of large project, coordination mechanism of schedule plan is analyzed according to the coordination role of the plan in this paper. Then, based on the analysis, procedure and method of project coordination management is presented by applying the project management methods such as objectives breakdown, WBS, interface management, etc. The study fully combines with engineering experience and strives to accord with the engineering requirements.
