摘要
南京鑫翔新型建筑材料有限责任公司选用梅山铁矿的尾矿作为主要掺加料替代部分页岩,研究开发了掺铁尾矿的页岩多孔砖,尾矿掺加量达到总物料的50%,并对页岩模数多孔砖建筑技术规程作了修编,纳入了页岩尾矿多孔砖的内容。本文介绍其原材料、砖型、生产工艺、产品物理力学性能、砌体力学性能、约束砌体受压构件受力性能、砌体局部受压性能、约束砌体墙抗震性能、产品标准、应用技术规程和构造图集的编制以及工程应用等情况。
Self-thermal conservation porous bricks with shale and tailings were put into production in Nanjing Xinxiang New Building Material Co. Ltd., the addition of iron ore tailings was over 50%. Information on this new product was introduced in the paper, including raw materials, production technology, product property, product standard and its application ect.
