摘要
本文采用微机遥控微细热电偶测量了温度比达3.86的水平圆管表面自然对流换热边界层,较好地解决了高温下热电偶的定位及测量问题。通过对高温辐射影响的分析指出它不会造成较大的测量误差。实验数据揭示了高温水平圆管局部换热的变化规律,并关联了温度比的影响,推荐供高温差计算用的实验关联式,对参考温度的选择进行了对比分析。
An extra fine thermocouple remote-controlled by a microcomputer is used to determine the local temperature boundary layer for getting the average heat transfer coefficients in the range from 454.5℃ to 905℃. A heat transfer relationship is recommended. The influences of radiation and convection under high temperature on thermocouple, the effects of temperature ratio on heat transfer, and the selection of reference temperature are discussed.
