摘要
通过喷施不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3),研究其对葡萄延后栽培中叶片生理生化变化的影响。结果表明,不同浓度GA3处理均能延缓葡萄叶片中叶绿素和蛋白质含量的下降,降低过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量的积累,抑制叶片的黄化,其中150mg/L赤霉素的处理效果最佳。
Effects of different concentration of gibberellic acid (GA3) on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of grapevine leaves were analyzed, The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein in grapevine leaves were postponed to decrease, peroxidase (POD) activity and malondialehyde (MDA) content were reduced, and leaf yellowing was delayed by spraying different concentration of GA3. The optimal treatment was the concentration of 150mg/L GA3.
