摘要
本文运用改进的蒙特卡罗技术,研究了横向磁场对氦气直流辉光放电阴极区电子输运过程的影响。考虑四种碰撞过程:弹性碰撞、亚稳态碰撞、激发态碰撞、电离碰撞。模拟结果表明,横向磁场通过改变电子与中性粒子的碰撞速率。
With improved Monte Carlo technique, the influence of a transverse field on the electron transport parameters in the cathode region of a DC glow discharge is studied. In the paper we consider four kinds of collisions between electrons and neutral particles. The results show that the magnetic field affects the electron transport parameters obviously through changing the collision rate between the electrons and neutral particles.
