转基因牛研究进展

Progress in Transgenic Cattle

综述了显微注射转基因牛和体细胞核移植转基因牛的国内外进展,介绍了基因打靶、RNA干扰和微细胞介导转染色体等新技术在转基因牛生产中的应用及转基因牛的安全评价,最后指出了当前转基因牛存在的问题及未来的发展前景。

Firstly,reviewed the domestic and foreign progress of transgenic cattle produced by pronuclear microinjection and somatic cell nuclear transfer, Secondly,introduced the application of the new technologies ,including gene targeting,RNAi and MMCT et al,in production of transgenic cattle and safe appraisal of transgenic cattle and its products. Finally, pointed out the present problems and development prospects of transgenic cattle.
