介绍了掠入射高分辨平焦场ＨＩＲＥＦＳ（ＨｉｇｈＲｅｓｏｌｕｔｉｏｎＥｒｅｃｔＦｉｅｌｄＳｐｅｃｔｒｏｍｅｔｅｒ）谱仪的主要结构和性能。采用预脉冲实验技术，使用该谱仪对线聚焦条件下钛靶的轴向空间分辨谱进行了研究，得到了类氖钛３２．
In this paper,the configuration and performance of the model HIREFS (High Resolution Erect Field Spectrometer) spectrometer are described.The instrument is used to observe the space resolved spectra of Ti slab targets illuminated with prepulse technique.The Ne like Ti32.6nm soft x ray lasing is obtained and discussed.
