尾加压素Ⅱ对大鼠及人嗜铬细胞瘤细胞体外增殖的影响

摘要 目的研究尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)对大鼠嗜铬细胞瘤细胞系PC12细胞及体外培养的人原代嗜铬细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法以噻唑兰法(MTT法)观察UⅡ对PC12细胞及体外培养的人原代嗜铬细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响。结果UⅡ对PC12细胞的增殖无明显影响。10-7、10-6mol/L浓度的UⅡ可促进体外培养的原代人嗜铬细胞瘤细胞增殖。结论UⅡ可促进嗜铬细胞瘤细胞的生长,在嗜铬细胞瘤的发病机制中可能起一定作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of UrotensinⅡ( UⅡ)on proliferation of rat pheochromocytoma cell line (PC12) and primary cultured human pheochromocytoma cells. Methods We observed the effects of UⅡ on the proliferation of rat PC12 cells and human pheochromocytoma cells in vitro by MTT method. Results 1. UⅡ had no obvious effect on the proliferation of rat PC12 cells . 2. UⅡ (at 10^-7 and 10^-6mol/L) promoted the proliferation of primary cultured human pheochromocytoma cells . Conclusion UⅡ stimulates the proliferation of human pheochromocytoma cells and probably plays a role in the pathogenesis of pheochromocytoma.
