摘要 一、前言 本文在水煤浆复合前置燃烧装置研究的同时,在研究煤及水煤浆NO,生成机理的基础上,开展了水煤浆雾炬燃烧过程中NO,生成的研究。 二、实验装置及方法介绍 试验是在复合前置燃烧试验装置上进行的,如图1所示。 Researches were carried out in this paper on the NOx formation mechanisms and its control during the combustion of coal water slurry spray in a furnace-front-set combustion chamber. It was found during the combustion tests that, with the increases of gas temperature and the air/fuel ratio in the furnace, the amount of NOx formed in combustion was obviously increased along the axis of the furnace, and that, during the combustion of coal water slurry, the NOx emission is lower than that during p.f. combustion. Tests prove that, the furnace-front-set combustion chamber, with staged air inlet, is efficient for the NOx emission control ( < 150 ppm).
