摘要
分析双离合器式自动变速器(DCT)换挡过程中离合器的工作特性,建立换挡过程中的动力学模型。基于发动机的试验数据,利用神经网络建立发动机的数值模型。依据整车的各项参数,制定变速器的换挡规律,在此基础上提出各挡同步器的接合规律,制定变速器换挡及同步器接合的控制逻辑。基于Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow软件平台,建立DCT传动系统的仿真模型,依据仿真模型对车辆换挡过程的动态性能进行仿真。利用正交试验设计方法,分析换挡过程中离合器接合时刻及转矩变化对换挡品质的影响,提出实车试验优化换挡品质的方法。
Dynamic characteristic of dual clutch transmission (DCT) during the shift process is analyzed, and then the dynamic model of the shift process is built. Engine model, based on engine test data, was established through neural network identification. Shift schedule is designed, the synchronizer control schedule and the control logic of powcrtrain is put forward. Dynamic simulation model of DCT powcrtrain is implemented by using the MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow software. In addition, DCT shift transients were quantitatively analyzed based on model simulation, the preciseness of control logic is validated. By orthogonal experimental design method, influence of clutch engaging time and torque variation to shift quality is analyzed, furthermore, orthogonal experimental design method apply to vehicle test is also presented.
