摘要
宜昌市、襄樊市在小型农田水利工程建设管理上积极探索,形成了"农民用水户协会自主管理""受益户共有制"和"民营水利"等三种不同类型的建管模式。通过实地考察和适用性分析,总结出不同监管模式的经验和启示。
Three models of ＂self-management of farmers＇ water user association＂, ＂ownership shared by beneficiary households＂ and ＂water run privately＂ are applied in the management of small on-farm water facilities in the cities of Yichang and Xiangfan. Through on-site investigation and examination of adaptability of these models, experiences are accumulated on various management models that have practical meaning.
