张掖市保障农村饮水安全对策措施探讨

Measures for securing rural drinking water in Zhangye City

张掖市属资源型缺水地区,有相当一部分地区农村饮水十分困难,"十五"期间解决了一部分,但其任务还相当艰巨。在制定"十一五"农村饮水安全规划时,要注意科学规划,合理布局,明确任务,突出重点,分步实施,采取切实可行的对策措施,为社会主义新农村建设提供饮水安全保障。

Zhangye City belongs to resource-oriented water shortage area and people in many parts of the rural areas face water shortage problem. In lOth Five-Year Plan period, water is only provided to some parts of the area. In the preparation of lhh Five-year Plan for rural drinking safety, more attention should be paid on practical measures of scientific planning, specifying tasks and focus and implementation step-by-step and safeguarding drinking water for the new socialist countryside construction.
