脑脊液唾液酸与格林-巴利综合征

The Sialic Acid (SA) in Cerebral Fluid in Patient with Guillan Barre Syndrome

应用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法对46例格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者与13例正常对照组共59份脑脊液进行了唾液酸(SA)的测定。结果显示:GBS患者脑脊液内SA含量(15.7±9μg/L)明显高于13例正常对照钮(平均6.2±4μg/L);重型GBS患者高于轻型患者,随着时间的推移,病情的好转,脑脊液内SA含量逐渐下降。提示脑脊液内SA含量能够反应出周围神经的损伤程度。

The sialic acid (SA) in cerebral fluid level was measured inpatients with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) and normal controls. The results showed that the SA level (15. 7±9μg/L) in 46 of patients with GBS was significantly higher than that (6. 2±4μg/I.) in 13 normalcontrols (P<0. 01). The SA concentration in the severe patients wassignificantly higher than that in the mild ones and in the earlyperiod of illness was significantly higher than that in the post-illnessperi-od. This results suggest that SA concentration in patients with GBS might refect the damage de-gree of the peripheral nerve myelin.
